Redflag was great. They sent an appointment confirmation and reminder over email. John the technician explained the necessary costs before doing the repair. He was professional, arrived early, and endured crawling through the tiny attic space to make the repair. Fair price, great service. Top marks!!

Red Flag Security is the best security company in Ottawa. Pretty high praise, but from front office customer service, to install of system, local responsiveness, to answering questions and getting back promptly, to great price— all one can expect and more. This is a customer service company.

I got as great deal for my security system and 3 yrs prepaid monitoring service. The system works great and easy to use. A couple days ago my power adapter for the system blew so I called Red Flag Support and they went out of their way to bring me a new one at my work as soon as they could the very next day. My system was down for less than 24 hrs.Awesome deal, great support, nice team of guys too, very helpful. I've been with them for 18 months already and as long as I'm at this location I will stay with them. I recommend them to everyone.

We had a great experience with RedFlag security team. They installed the cameras at our house and the experience was fantastic from booking the time to accommodating our needs to installation. John, is absolutely perfectionist doing the installation job and never compromise or settle for less during the process. Respect all COVID protocols which is great. Very professional customer experience by Andreea and George throughout the process. I highly recommend them for all your security needs. They love what they do and they are the professionals you need to take care of your safety around your house and business.

George was a pleasure to deal with and answered all the questions we had with respect to moving our monitoring services from another company. I have been with this company for well over a decade. I highly recommend Red Flag. Exemplary customer service, kind, professional and courteous staff, reasonable prices. At every turn Andreea and Georges have gone out of their way to make sure we are safe and at ease, lovely people to deal with. Last service call (due to renovations) by John who went above and beyond to do a careful installation, minimizing drywall repair and our cost. Outstanding!

I agree with the other posters in that RedFlag gives better service for lower fees than the larger companies.I recently changed from a larger company. The tech from RedFlag arrived on time and was very courteous. I'm a retired engineer and like to watch and comment while the tech is working; in this case the tech was happy to keep me informed of what he was doing. Despite having to work with my 25 year old alarm system, he was able to find all the settings and perform the install tests without hesitation.After the install I had some correspondence with the office. All my questions were answered quickly and efficiently.

We were really impressed by the prompt customer service we were given by Red Flag. Home security was a very important factor when we were moving into our new home and when we heard about Red Flag security system, we gave them a call. Not only did Andrea promptly provide us quotes to suit our requirements, she also accommodated our after work hours schedule to set up the system. On the day of the installation, the Red flag technical expert, John did an amazing job installing the system and gave us very good advice on the overall system. It has been almost a month now and we feel safe thanks to the robust security system in place. Thank you Red Flag for your excellent services!
