Absolutely amazing product! Best cured Salmon ive ever tasted and im pretty choosy when it comes to my food.You can smell this guy from down the street. He smokes it and cures it himself.Small store. Hard to find and no storefront but thats a good thing. Quality product should be harder to find, because the people that appreciate it, will look for it. Its what i did and now i come here.***** five stars wish i could give more.

Since coming back to Canada from living in New Zealand Living (there for 10 years), I have NOT been able to find any salmon close enough to that delicate smoked salmon from there. We have bough PLENTY to try and sample, and nothing was comparable 'til last week I stumbled across your brand at The Italian Centre in Edmonton. MY GOSH!!! My whole family is in Heaven. Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU. It was fresh, not frozen and tastes like what smoked salmon SHOULD taste like. We are all hooked now.

Today they had a table set up at the Italian Centre in south Edmonton. I bought some of their fresh, cold smoked salmon. Unbelievable good!! The last time I had smoked salmon this good was on the coast of British Columbia. And this might be even better. Almost melts in your mouth! I'll be ordering some in the near future for sure! Absolutely loved it.
