Frequent shopper, staff are very efficient and quick to attend to the cash. Always well stocked and organized. Great location, lots of parking, probably the most convenient plaza to our home. Recommend checking out the area.

There are so many things that we can find at a better rate. Sometimes this store runs out of many things out of stock like I can't find the Glass Jars of 1500ml and can't find the best Spice Jars but I still manage to get other items. I wish they had more of the Glass Jars. I have been looking for those Jars for almost 4 months now.

Regular Dollarama that is well stocked and clean. It’s a pretty new building so not surprising. The cashier was nice when I was here. Lots of birthday cards, gardening stuff, summer toys for kids, some Canada Day stuff. Well stocked in seasonal items. They also have a variety of food items from cookies to cereal. The parking lot is a bit messy due to the design of the stop signs. Located near the Tim Hortons so exiting from that side is not recommended.

Yikes, it may have been the time I went but it was not stocked, and the children screaming and some crying, far too much noise and they needed more cashiers on... I brought my own bag, as without knowing I was charged for bags before... Merchandise wise, the items are far too expensive, nothing is a dollar, some items not labelled with prices.. pokemon cards, should not be there, if over 5 dollars. Broken things in the shelves, people disrespectful. I saw a girl get hit in the head by going into the store via the exit... where is the parent?

Dollarama was founded by third-generation retailer and Canadian entrepreneur, Larry Rossy. It all started with one store, in Matane, Quebec, in 1992, and quickly grew over the next two decades to become a household name and shopping destination for Canadians from coast to coast.Dollarama today is a recognized Canadian value retailer with well over 1,000 locations, led by Neil Rossy, fourth-generation retailer and member of Dollarama’s founding management team.Dollarama aims to provide customers with a consistent shopping experience and compelling value, offering a broad assortment of general merchandise, consumables and seasonal items. All stores are corporately-owned and operated, and are conveniently located in metropolitan areas, mid-sized cities and small towns. Products are available in individual or multiple units at low, fixed price points.Dollarama kicks off the year with the launch of its e-commerce site for the sale of select merchandise by the full case, available for delivery across Canada. In August of 2019, Dollarama acquires a 50.1% interest in Latin American value retailer Dollarcity following a six-year commercial partnership. This marks the launch of Dollarama’s second growth platform, in complement to its Canadian growth strategy. Dollarcity sets a long-term growth target of 600 stores by 2029, within its three existing countries of operation (Colombia, Guatemala and El Salvador), with the majority of store growth to be focused in Colombia. By the end of 2019, Dollarcity has over 200 stores.Dollarama completes the expansion of its distribution centre, located in the Town of Mount Royal, Quebec, thereby increasing its distribution capacity by approximately 50% in support of its long-term Canadian growth plans.

Cashier charged me for a bag, costs more for a bag than any other store, so before paying I quickly said that I don't need one, and she had to get on the intercom and ask for a manager. Waste of time for 7c. I just said forget it.Another qualm I have is they refuse to refund or exchange anything, even if you are STILL at the register and change your mind five seconds later. Not very customer focused.Other than that, this location has generally helpful floor staff, but there's better quality stuff at competitors (Dollar tree etc).
