TENDER YEARS CHILDCARE

My children have attended this childcare centre since 2017. I have had children enrolled at this centre from 2 months of age all the way to 12 years of age. The staff have become like family, and my children have established close friendships.The centre offers creative and developmentally appropriate activities. The lines of communication are continuously open, and the staff are genuinely concerned about the standard of care of the children that they oversee.The owner of the centre is visible and highly involved in the management and running of the centre. Overall, I would positively recommend this centre to family and friends.

This daycare is amazing! The teachers, Ms Debbie! They treat your kids like they are their own! We had such a great experience here with the staff. The one thing I have to say is make sure you keep your receipts because the accounting and owner of the day care don’t seem to..

It was a wonderful experience with this Daycare. My kid enjoyed a lot. They take special care of your kids and have flexible schedule plus they don't force kids to eat their meal. We can give homemade food to our kids.Management is very proffesional and quick to help you with any issues.Specially Farida from Preschool 1 she took special care of my kid and made sure he was comfortable everytime. My kid Ayaan use to cry a lot to go in for daycare but Farida made it easy for him.She is the best and always busy never seen her wasting time she is always with kids teaching them or helping them.Thank you for all your service. We as parents are always grateful.

Love this daycare, my daughter has been going here since she was 16 months old (she's now 2). We've had few issues/incident at the facility with my daughter recently however the team handled the situation perfectly and offered amazing solutions. They truly do care for the kids, my daughter loves the teacher and has an amazing time each day. Highly reccomend this daycare to anyone in the area.

I recommend everyone to send their kids to this daycare. They are the best daycare ever. I have many friends that sent their kids to this daycare and they all leave great reviews. Everyone that works there is so nice and polite and they are very friendly. They always greet everyone with a friendly smile. I really recommend this daycare

If I could give it a zero rating I would. never recommend.not to send your kids to this worst place.Your kids will learn only F…S. and much more. Our children were very polite and nice to everyone. But after a couple months learned too many bad words and bad behaviour.

I like this place because the teachers in infant room are very kind, polite, friendly and enthusiastic especially suraya. She is a very nice person and knows how to work with the kids

Very bad communication. I have been calling in many times to put my kid’s name on wait list since mid February. Mostly voice mail full, no one attend the call or if you lucky then some other person ( not administrator) will attend the call and note the details and afterwards no one contact you again. I am interested in this daycare because it is close to my house but the response is very poor.

The lovely people at this centre helped raise my daughter! I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience I had with them. The staff care about these children and even catered to my daughters dietary restrictions. Ms Cassandra, Ms Debbie, Ms Alaina, Ms Samantha, Ms Farida, Ms Deborah and everyone else that taught Novie to be the smart, kind,caring and loving child she is today THANK YOU!!!

After touring multiple daycares, I had a great feeling about Tender Years from the beginning. My daughter has been at the centre since she was 5 months old. The infant room is absolutely amazing. The staff is so attentive and caring and the room was always very clean. My second daughter will be starting when she is 7 months old.My 2 year old loves the toddler room! They do so many great activities during the day and I love getting all of the updates through the app. The staff is great about communicating with me and my daughter is always happy at the end of the day. She even eats all of the food that Debbie makes (even though she won't eat mine...) We had switched to a daycare closer to where we live (Scarborough) and realized how much better Tender Years is. It is 10 min out of my way in the wrong direction, but I will happily make the drive. I can confidently go about my work day without worrying about my children.The administration are very friendly and accommodating. I love seeing that they are revamping the centre and have put a lot of work and thought into what is going to be the best for the children going forward. It's nice that the staff know all of the children, even if they are not their main teacher. I highly recommend this daycare.
