I wanted to take the time to let you know about your fantastic CSR Karlene. We recently purchased a bunch of equipment for our shop and upon installation by a certified electrician, the fireworks startup showed the compressor engine was improperly made and was determined to be a motor issue.Karlene took it upon herself to contacted the manufacturer and filed all necessary claim paperwork rather than inconvenience a customer. She kept us up-to-date on everything going on right up to letting us know a cheque was on the way covering all our inconvenience and cost having the motor purchased.She has been there from the beginning with our dealings with Babco and even though we may not be the biggest customer, she certainly made us feel important.Certainly wish more companies would value CSR like her as doing business with people like this is amazing.Thank you for hiring and keeping a great employee.
