absolute best service especially by Evan! she was great & made my day after a not so good morning i had. super friendly and even apologized because they had a call in so they were missing a employee (even though she didn’t have to). I’ve had positive experiences with all the baristas and this is my go to spot! Thanks so much Wilson-Taunton Starbucks!

This is the Starbucks closest to me and the service has always been good here, workers are polite, hard-working and courteous! Just wanted to share a wholesome moment I had here recently.I have to daily my 2001 Honda Prelude this winter and I’ve always gotten compliments especially going through this drive through, and the looks on two of the workers faces (I think they were brothers) when it pulled up was absolutely priceless and the energy was insane. It’s always nice to share common ground with the employees here and seeing how excited it made these guys made my night and made me realize why I work so hard on these things to begin with. If I suggest any Starbucks it’s this one, and if those guys see this then I’d be more then glad to stop by again! VTEC baby!

Absolutely worst SERVICE from this location and Rude guy at drive through. We go to this location every Wednesday and every weekend and order the EXACT same custom drink and pay the EXACT same price as always. This time we go the rude male at the drive through window decides to charge us $3 more for the same EXACT drink and states the increase is for the LABOUR involved to SHAKE the drink .LMFAO! Are you kidding me!? We ask to speak to a manager which refused to even come to the window to talk and sends over another employee to talk.We make a call to Starbuck complain and also request to have a DISTRICT MANAGER call us back with this issue and it is now over 2weeks and 3 calls and we still have not heard back from anyone. What a joke of customer service ! Will never buy from them again !

Ordered Soy green tea latte....received Real Dairy. 3 hours of agony. But..it was delicious.So 5 stars for flavour but none for severe allergic reaction.

I’m very sad that my community coffee shop has converted to having no seating indoors.I used to walk there for breakfast, to meet friends and hang out. I enjoyed that the staff were friendly too.

This is the most organized Starbucks I’ve ever seen. The staff were very nice and also seem happy. Thanks to Felix for putting up with my drink experimenting! :)

These guys are always stellar ! Excellent service and don’t miss a beat . Every single time come here the staff makes my day ! especially when ordering a super random drink you’ve seen on TikTok and have no clue the name or how it’s made . These always hit it out of the park ! Great customer service and excellent products ! This the place to go if you have the time !

I ordered a Venti coffee, blended with ice , and heavy cream and 4 pumps of sugar fee vanilla syrup.What I got was : a half filled venti cup, cold coffee , wasn’t blended with anything , no ice in it, and not heavy cream.I also want to mention on the Uber app, I paid extra for my drink to be blended, and extra for a large size, yet they disregarded this fact and gave me a random cold coffee half filled.I also want to note that I ordered the same item, a few days ago and it was made perfectly, yet today I got terrible coffee.I got my money back from Uber, however this mistake has put me off from ever ordering from this location again.

So this is an order through UberEats, but I'm bewildered by what happened. I couldn't get out today, so I ordered lunch for the household. This location didn't have the food, which is fine. But instead of canceling the food items or notifying in anyway, they just sent the drink orders and then I had to file the complaint with Uber to get money back. Which is just a way to save a partial order.The staff member on the phone was great. Polite and friendly, but the shift supervisor was unaccountable for their decision. I didn't even ask for anything, I just wanted to figure out what happened. I'm leaving an extra star here because I do think the shift staff were great. But the on-site management was an embarrassment.
