Purchased my first ever brand new vehicle from Shane at Raceway. Set it up ahead of time, and the truck I called about was waiting for me when we got there. The truck I bought was priced fairly, and the team was a pleasure to deal with. My truck was detailed and ready to pick up the next day. From the moment I spoke to her, the moment I entered her dealership, she tried her utmost to make me feel comfortable in selecting the best car for my needs. I was so impressed with her that I bought a vehicle on the same day I visited her dealership.When there was an issue outside of her control that resulted in my vehicle being unavailable, she handled the situation with consummate skill, obtaining an even better vehicle for the same price. I am still impressed with how she handled the whole situation, and I will be recommending her to everyone I know.

I had a terrible experience with this Raceway Chrysler Jeep dealership. I was interested in trading in my car and purchasing a new jeep wrangler 4xe one, but the GM showed no interest in passing on my trade-in HST benefit to my new car. Despite making a commitment over the phone to finalize the deal and discuss monthly payments, the dealership completely refused to honor their commitment when I arrived for my appointment.I felt completely misled and taken advantage of by this dealership, and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. Their lack of transparency and willingness to go back on their word is unacceptable and unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I will not be returning to this dealership in the future. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a more trustworthy and reliable dealership.

Another amazing experience at Raceway Chrysler! Abdul went above and beyond to find us an 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle Hybrid for our growing family. Abdul was able to find one with exactly what we were looking for and secured it for us instantly. Communication with Abdul was also great, we received regular communication throughout the whole process and really made us feel at ease being such a large purchase. Manager Moe made sure that our experience was top notch and was very accommodating. He made sure that every step of the way we were looked after. One of the best managers that I have dealt with at a dealership!Manjinder was very professional on the phone and went over warranty details to ensure our new vehicle was fully covered. Once the vehicle arrived, every detail was explained and ready for pick up within 2 days.
