Tercan went out of her way to help me out on such short notice with some alterations on my boat cover, and made me some cushins for my boat aswell to match factory, and not only did she do a fantastic job the price for the product I got back was more than fair! I just called Ter-Can with some questions about various furniture items that needed repair. The woman that I spoke to was very helpful, providing phone numbers for places that specialize in the things I required. So even though I'm not hiring" Ter-Can (at this time)

I have a 35 year old leather couch from South Africa that needed some serious work done. I found Teresa on the internet and wjth her boundless patience, expertise, and wonderful nature she truly made my couch look brand new again! The store owners are racist. Severely so. I tried to be friendly and greet the owner every morning and she always glared at me and walked away. I learned later that even though the spot I was parking was unmarked, that they'd claimed ownership to it. I thought this was fair and went to apologize to the lady only for her to stomp off before I could utter the words. Not only do I have a disability, but I was coming from the hospital one morning and had to run in, this unmarked spot was the only remaining one. Of course when I came back they blocked me in the spot. When I tried to explain later the situation and that I had to RETURN TO THE HOSPITAL, they refused to move the truck nor open the door so I could have a reasonable conversation with them. The man feigned to be unable to hear me through the door and refused to open, until my supervisor (who is caucasian) explained the situation. I would not buy from them. They are both unethical and unreasonable. I have seen other people from my location park in the exact spot, or even hers, and watched her cheerily greet them (so long as they were also white). Try as I might, I will never forgive them for the panic of arriving to the hospital not knowing if my family member had died whilst I was begging them to let me out of a parking spot. While I personally cannot see them as anything other than evil, I know they are only human beings and I truly do hope that they learn some tolerance.

I asked TerCan to recover a basic Futon for my cabin up north. There staff provided kind, courteous and professional service recovering the Futon very quickly. I was impressed with TerCan. Keep up the great work.
