Internet throttles between 8 and 9 pm to extremely low speeds, only supply DSL and not Fibre to Cavan and make you pay for a phone line you don't need

Do yourself a favor and do not choose this internet provider! The sales were very helpful at first, to get my business. Once I signed up, I had nothing but lagging service- terrible! I mean my sessions timed out before the page would even load! Never mind trying to stream anything. I had sent 13 emails to them, to try to resolve the poor connection. They barely responded. Once they did, they said there was nothing they could do. Customer service now obviously did not care. I chose to end my service and now am facing charges because of breach of contract. I explained the numerous emails - but she insisted I needed to call in to trouble shoot first. This option was not even presented to me throughout my email correspondence. So do yourself a favor and pass on this provider. I would have selected no stars if that was an option.

Had a wonderful conversation with Karen!! She explained everything and went above and beyond to make our family feel like our business was appreciated!! Then Kurtis set us all up in a short time!! These 2 are wonderful examples of small town convenience yet make up in fell like you matter!!!

We all never have great experiences with certain places but when I called the other day had a problem with my modem I took in the old one. They replaced it with a new one. Everything works good. So in that aspects, good customer service recommended

The support techs at this company are Awesome.! April, Corey and Brad have always been courteous and very helpful whenever we call with a connection issue (printers, ,computer,etc.). They are the experts and very patient…thank yiu

Needless to say, Nexicom and all their associated connections, are complete garbage. They lie to you in terms of what speed you'll be receiving, their internet drops every 30 seconds (60 seconds on good days) and their customer service employees need to get new jobs. Perhaps they'd be better suited at the restaurant that actively pays their waiters/waitresses to be rude, on purpose.They lack proper communication skills - let's go ahead and put a notice of service disruption on our website, and keep it up for 6 days before updating it with anything. Let's also ignore our Customer Service email account, letting our customers' emails go unread and unanswered. Yep, solid business strategy. Looking forward to the day Rural Lynx can install more towers in the area.If you honestly have no other option than Nexicom, I would strongly urge you to just contact your cellular provider, increase your monthly data, and just use your phone as a Hotspot - you will get a more reliable and faster connection, and you won't have to deal with Nexicom's Customer Service being passive-aggressive toward you for asking a question.

Just shwitched from DSL to fibre and oh my gosh what a difference, my internet is so much better and the ipTV is so much clearer. I'm glad we did the switch - hopefully fibre will be available for everyone - thanks Nexicom. From a happy Keene customer.

Just became a fibre 150 internet customer and I have to say that we are impressed. Speeds very close to the 150 throughout the day. Cancelled B ell home wireless that was ok, but fibre is much faster and unlimited. B ell rep said we were downgrading to a 3rd party supplier - laughed at him and said, much faster speed, better price, unlimited usage does not seem like a downgrade to me. If you can get fibre, don't look back, get it!

I recently became a Nexicom fibre customer and I wanted to report that I am extremely pleased with not only the internet service (1G down x 150 up) but with their staff.The TV service is not as good as I had hoped it would be (a few channels are not clear and the PVR’s have some qwerks) but I suspect it will improve over time.

Terrible service. You think you’re getting a better experience from a smaller company but no. I canceled my service due to having no choice and having to move. 100 charged. I’m receiving bills for 300 from these guys when I cancelled 2 months ago. Not happy at all. I feel taken advantage of. Can’t get through to a human when I call half the time. Wish I could say something positive but I really feel like I got swindled from these guys
