My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Laurel Apts. All of the appliances are in good condition and in case of any trouble the landlord is prompt to help.The location works if you like walking : Bridgeport Plaza is across the road, Princess Cinemas, 7 Shores Cafe, Library, PI ,Uptown Waterloo is about 5-7 min walk away. The Spurline Trail is right by the property (perfect for short runs) and Waterloo Park is prolly like 10min.Parking is on FCFS basis, but there are sufficient spots. Lawncare and snow removal is handled by the landlord.
