Wonderful professional service from Rolston’s! Contacted Steve, who I have known for years and dealt with professionally numerous times…prompt return call. Steve and Rob visited the property we wanted to sell- gave helpful suggestions and insight to assist with selling.Within a week we had not 3 but 4 offers- one above listing price!We couldn’t be more pleased with the Rolston team and their ability to gauge the market, accurately price the property and bring in the offers! Never got our online evaluation back. Took forever to return intial phone call. After that call asked for official paid appraisal and never received that phone call either. Went to another agency because of this. There we received our appraisal and information to help us in our decision making process.I do not recommend this business.
