Great service! Wonderful selection of European groceries. Pickle mini beets are one of my favorites. Very friendly staff. Excellent deli selection. Fresh olive bar. Lots of fine cheeses to choose fron. Great atmosphere and reasonable pricing. Also try the fresh desserts (end of the deli counter)! The cherry cake, eclairs and strawberry cheesecake are amazing! There is a reason this store has been around for 40 years and is still busy every day!

Family owned and operated☺️ They have such a big heart. Walked in there Christmas Eve looking for mulled wine for my Prosecco spritzer. There was nothing on the shelves and of course as I left it to the last minute. The owner had a bottled saved for themselves and they let me purchase it. I was so taken by that. You would not get that in a big department store. Please support local ❤️ Thank you C family.

So yummy! I mean everything in the store looks good. This was my 2nd visit. First visit was 6 years ago and it was for cannolis. Sadly there was none when I went but I got other goodies.

Great family owned grocery store. Wide verity of cold cuts. Never been disappointed with any option. Store carriers wide range of goods as well as imports. Bread can be a hit or miss but overall is a great place for daily needs. Highly recommended.

Fresh and tasty deli and desserts. The bread loaves are fresh and delicious. Large selection of European cookies and large collection of European import foods . Highly recommended.. have a large parking place and opposite to Chicopee tube park

Thank you to Italo Foods (Carm) for helping select beautiful cakes for our Mother’s 85th Birthday luncheon. The cakes were delicious, stunning in presentation. Everyone had a taste of many cakes. The round Chocolate Strawberry and Vanilla Fruit cakes were decorated beautifully. The Dobash, Poppy, Mocha, Wild Berry and Tiramisu were a hit with all guests.

Not the Italo foods of the 70's 80,s or 90's not even 2000's. I'm stunned by the number of expired products that have been put on sale. The deli counter has often been stale, or on the verge of spoiling, The old generation of immigrants is moving on, passing on but it gives you no reason to sell compromised goods. My stomach turns thinking about your goods. My family has been there since the early 80's. If grandpa, who was a good friend of my dad, was - is around he would be embarrassed as to what his shop has become. The grand daughter should learn a lesson in manners - when you charge me for plastic bags and I don't have any change to cover the extra bags, as a courtesy you do not send me to my vehicle for 50 cents - disgusting behaviour. You have taken a familiar, comforting shop and turned into repulsion.
