Sometimes you don't get what you paid for. There were 2 stylists, but my appointment was pushed back for 10 minutes. I saw the stylist call another customer in when it was my appointment time. I received a 10 min haircut when I was booked for 20 min. Charged full price as well. I expected a bit more time and effort despite the stylist being off schedule.

Fair price with excellent service! It cost me $25 to cut my hair short. The stylist designed my hair style based on my requirements and the outcome was awesome! I also like that they accept online reservations and reminds you with text messages. Recommend to friends and definitely will come back.

The stylist first communicated with me about the hairstyle, and started to operate it after knowing my needs, because this time I did not want to move the overall length of the hair, first helped me trim the damaged part of the hair tail slightly. The service attitude is good. I have been adjusting and helping me with my favorite hairstyles. Who says cheap is not good.

I'm leaving this review for people with wavy or curly hair. Run away! I had a hair cut by Debbie , she is experienced no question, however, she would force you to straighten your hair by a really bad quality of a iron straighter that literally burn your hair. I asked her in other visits to spray some water in stead so that she can cut the hair evenly. She refused saying that she doesn't have time later to dry it( which is true coz each customer is given 20 min. no matter what) I said no worries I accept letting it wet. She refused. Last time( coz my hair became super damaged with each visit) I refused the straightener. She cut my hair carelessly that I ended up having the right side of my head hair is so different in length than the left side! Horrible experience seriously! She cut it so short in front that I don't know how to handle it now! I'm so regretful to give this salon second and third chance! BTW...I always left good tip!( I wish I didn't)

It was quick and clean. Cut for hair is $25, money collected prior to the cut. No hair wash so I recommend you wash your own hair first. Tip is accepted at the very end so prepare cash tip. The cut was very stylish for me and easy to maintain. For a normal daily look, the cost is totally worth it.

With COVID still on top of everyone's mind, the workers have done an excellent job at ensuring everyone is staying safe. They are constantly sanitizing the seats and tools after every customer. Their check in service is very useful and I never have to wait for a long time. I have been getting my haircut since last year and I am very satisfied with Rebecca's service. Her politeness, attention to detail and professionalism are the reason why I always go to her. HC Express is truly fortunate to have a gem like Rebecca.

Great haircuts all the time by Debbie and Rebecca but do not go in to get your haircut by this kid with brown hair and glasses unless you want bad attitude. Walked into the store and he was the only person working. Given I was only 3 minutes late to my haircut and when I arrived he was just chilling and eating lunch I didn't think it was a problem. However the stylists decides to give me lip and a hard time with terrible attitude. Starts lecturing me about how he's busy and he can choose to cancel my appointment. So with that I decided to cancel my appointment and never going back again if he's still there.
