Friendly and forthcoming.The customers from the previous day did not return the vehicle in time, and instead of making us wait, the agent/manager secured a bigger moving van for the price of the one we reserved.Thanks to this, we were done on time and on our schedule.

The worst place you can come. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. The truck was dirty and full of bottles and packs of candy bars. Underestimate the level of gas and take money for it. I do not recommended to go to this hole.

Keys were not ready, and had to wait an hour for the owner to set things up. As friendly as he was, his blatant disregard for our time made the experience extremely frustrating. All the things that were promised to be free were charged, and the fees incurred doubled what was quoted.

As if moving wasn't stressful enough, but to find out the day before that they had given your truck away and were leaving you with one that had 7 feet less than the original truck was even worse. Instead of only making one trip, we had to now make two - double the mileage used because of their mistake. ZERO compensation for that.. As well as extremely poor Customer Service from both men working. Avoid this place. Not worth it.

Their front desk is part of a convenience store, with little advertisement for uhaul.Also wasn't wearing a mask when talking to me.I made a reservation online, got asked for a credit card when I could have given debit, then got asked to leave after giving the emergency number.Wouldn't go here again, rather go to an actual location and spend the extra money in KM to get better service, cleaner vehicles, and better selection.

Booked a truck online from this location and it was cancelled on me without notice. I found out when I walked in the door, expecting the truck out back to be for me. I had to go down to Blackfoot to get a truck instead. I do not recommend this location, though the poor guy behind the counter was very helpful he still couldn't give me a truck and I had to do 45min of phone calls to U-Haul.

Would highly not recommend this location. Attendant (who also seems to run the attached convenience store) was extremely condescending and rude after we were overcharged for fuel (and for which we had photos before and after as proof, yet he still accused us of lying). UHaul was dirty and did not seem well-maintained. Called customer service immediately after and service was much better - refund for the fuel overcharge was approved. Go somewhere else for your moving needs...

I've rented their trucks 3 times, without a credit card. I leave a cash deposit that more than covers the rental and upon returning the truck they give me the difference. They are polite, professional and respectful! As well the location is very central to downtown and close to Deerfoot Trail which is also great!

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is absolutely horrible, the customer service is the worst and inside is extremely dirty and smelly. They tried to over charge us for milage, we drove 10 miles and they tried to charge us 40. The lady couldn't figure it out and she didn't understand at all how to use the software. We had to wait 15 min for another individual to arrive and sort it out. Over all the process took us 45 min to drop the vehicle off. Avoid at all cost.
