I am I the process of preparing a house to put up for sale. I need paint for both the interior and exterior. Ten plus gallons. When I arrived at your store today, I asked if there was a bathroom I could use. I was informed there was not!So, I left and will go to a store in Tantallon because I know they have a bathroom.It’s unfortunate that the owner if this store does not understand that old folks especially women require a bathroom much more often than a younger person.

I want everyone to know this is the paint store with the best staff I have ever been to. I want to give a big THANK YOU BETH AND STAFF!!! I called a couple of stores before speaking with Beth, the manager. She was so helpful and solved a problem for me. When I went to the store she was out so her staff members were aware of my issue and they were so friendly and helpful and I left feeling happy. Every store should take lessons on customer service from this group of ladies. Many thanks!!

I bought a counter resurfacing kit from this store 3 weeks ago, a few days before Christmas. Just learned that the counter I was going to refinish has to be replaced, so I can't use the kit after all. I asked the store if I could return it, but they refused because it was later than two weeks. This strikes me as very inhospitable for an industry that has to cope with a lot of last minute change in plans. I would have been happy with a store credit, but no go. This isn't my usual Print Shop store, and it is definitely one I won't be using again. Mean spirited!

Excellent service and customer satisfaction is important here!Although the product I purchased didn't turn out as well as I expected (peel n stick wallpaper), The paint shop offered full refund. Due to this exemplary service, and standing behind their products, I will return in the future for further paint or products.

Have been purchasing paint from this location for many many years. Always pleased with service. Friendly and exceptionally helpful. . However the recent change in management has changed all of that for me . Totally different tone. Confrontational and dismissive attitude Quite upsetting Will buy my Benjamin Moore paint from a different location going forward

Buyer Beware! Bought a large bucket of contracts paints and it was obviously no good/expired paint because it had lumps in it!*Sent a email & no responseUpdate: apparently the company had some quality issues with the paint and fixed my issue. Thank you!

I just wanted to thank the manager at Bayer's Lake for the fantastic service that I received today. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about their colours and paint products. She understood what style I was going with and what I needed to accomplish my project. I definitely will be buying from there again.
