Very incompetent and helpless workers. Good luck sending anything internationally. Had to visit other location.

Terrible staff, unhelpful and cold, her English needs improving I guess that’s why.

I find staff at this location to be more helpful and friendly than in other nearby locations. Also lineups seems smaller.

The slowest canada post in the world. The guy I had is not competent enough to be handling people's mail, especially during peak seasons.

Would have concerned leaving mail overnight if it is not shipped out the same day. Otherwise they are doing their best.

I've used this place for years and when it comes to packages delivered via Canada Post, I've had no problems picking up from this location.However, Amazon allows users to pick up from an Amazon pick up point and this location is designated as one of those pick up points. Now, this is where there seems to be a disconnect from Amazon and this location.If the package is delivered via Canada Post, then there's no problems. If it's delivered by Amazon's own delivery staff, then there seems to be a disconnect. The Amazon website tracking will say the package is delivered to the receptionist at this location, while the staff here have no clue what's going on and offer little help.I've lost 2 packages when delivered by Amazon's own delivery staff to this location, both times I've had to get a refund by Amazon. I will stop using this location as an Amazon designated pick up location.
