Absolutely deplorable service. My case worker only sporadically returns a call and when reception is called you're placed interminably long on hold only to be told the mailbox is full". I'm grateful to live in a country where financial assistance is available for the disabled but it feels like this office goes out of their way to make the service as difficult and unpleasant as possible to access. As of writing this

I've had the displeasure dealing with the Willowdale location for a long time. The receptionist with the Australian accent might be the rudest most awful person I've ever spoken to over the phone. How she has a job is beyond me. Completely useless and equally incompetent and mean. Anyone who has made a call there knows exactly what I'm talking about.

Outstanding services very kind and caring people. Helping those in need. God bless all the staff there. I highly recommend this location for people on Odsp or Ow. Anybody reciving ODSP allowed go to work and make $1000 extra !funny? Yes very funny. Karen Singh - Director - Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services better comeback to India because if we can work we don’t get disability. Incrise the our salary ! Not we have go to work and make $1000.

The receptionist is really crusty and unhelpful! You cannot get a word in before transferring your call.Caseworker is never available and is probably working from home and not paying attention.

When it comes to contacting the main line number it is somewhat difficult, but when I did get through the person I had spoken with gave me great tips on how to contact my worker, and if need be the best times to contact the main number. My Case Worker is amazing, helpful, resourceful, and understanding. My worker listens to my questions and concerns and tries to help me receive the best possible outcome. (47 Sheppard Ave E) Thank you

The people at the front desk are very rude. They rush you when you have questions as if they have somewhere better to be. If you call them you’ll be on hold for an hour just to reach an old lady that sounds very bitter and angry like you’ve done something wrong to her. They need to replace those people.

There is not much to say, except that their reception services are terrible! The woman/man (representative who answers the phone) is always impolite and has very bad manners, awfully poor communication and extremely insulting. Just after I tell her/him to transfer my call to my worker, she/he starts playing doctors/police." Even after I ask her/him a very simple question
