This place gets worse and worse. If I was the owner I'd be ashamed of the lack of service, shutting down at 3 pm for no reason, forgetful workers who can't be bothered to fill a sugar machine for a triple coffee, would rather hand it over to see if u notice? Never any selection of donuts and service is slower than slow when and IF they are open. Shape up timmies!

The staff don't want to be there for a good reason. Most of them are not good at their job and don't care. No more tim Hortons for me. I'll pay any extra anywhere else.

The staff give off a feel of unaware of what they are doing. They feel stressed and panicked. They are always out of ingredients and the wait for your order is well over 7mins. It could be a great place if the management was better at training and managing a store. But it seems that no one wants to be there. A shame.

Legit trying to recover from eating here last night have been having the most violent food poisoning I've experienced in a while. Whether their safety standards for food is lacking or the food itself was contaminated, it's still unacceptable. Will never eat here again.

This place is a joke, dont try to get coffee here in the morning, it says its open at 6 but you are lucky if the employees show up on time. Even if its actually open theres only one person in there so youll be waiting a while. Tried to go here three times, each time was a disappointment... dont even bother. Just go to the gas station for your coffee.

This place is absolute trash! They don’t have a toaster so they have to panini press your bagel. Staff seemed clueless. Out of sandwich ingredients, steeped tea and ice Capp. The location is horrible.
