Had a kitchen drain clogged up and leaking water below. Raj was available right away and knew exactly what caused the problem. He solved the problem quickly and gave me various tips to prevent a similar problem from happening again. Would recommend for his efficient service.

Had trouble with our bath taps which were old and rotting out, in a built in tub which makes it tricky.Raj came and replaced them swiftly and with no extra problems. Job completed in a timely manner and left nice and clean,Last year he also replaced our water heater and tank, again with no problems.Will not hesitate to use Ideal again,

Thank you for the quick response, professional job on this very cold day! Pump went on our boiler the night before, phoned IDEAL. Boiler pump and sensor were replaced within a hour of arrival we had heat! Thank you for having parts on hand. Will recommend your service for sure!

Unprofessional and Very poor communication, didn’t provide clear details at first and then poor manners to respond or talk be it for the job done as I had to go myself figure exactly what was being done when politely asked, like I wouldn’t call another business if I knew this trade… I know who not use or recommend in future.. definitely going far and wide in my vicinity..

The guys before him couldn't solve the issue and I don't blame him for not being able to solve it. However, if you tell us you can solve an issue and charge $800 only for the same issue to return in less than 2 months that bothers me. When we called Raj back, he said he will charge additional fees to come out and diagnose, and even after that, he couldn't give us a time. We had no heat or hot water, but that didn't affect them in any way. Eventually had to hire another person for the job. Very disappointed with Raj and Ideal plumbing. My message to anyone running a business is, loyalty and honesty goes a long way. If you want to grow your business, learn to take care of yours customers.

I’ve been using this company for years. The communication has been excellent. he responds right away and explains everything in great detail. we have used him for a sump pump, furnace and boiler. He had repaired the hot water tank with a quick part change, where as another company said we need to replace the whole unit. It’s been 3 years since and have had no problems. We recently had the furnace replaced. He shown us exactly why if needed to be replaced vs cleaned out. It’s 11 years old. It was corroded and rusted. Cleaning would have bought us 6 months then replace the whole unit anyways. We have also been extremely satisfied with with his work and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Highly Recommended! Our Hot water tank stopped working yesterday and I called a bunch of places, but they didn't have any availability for days. I called Ideal at 1pm and he scheduled me at 4:30. He arrived 4:30 sharp and disassembled the old water tank, single handedly removed it and installed the new one. The job took a few hours and our entire house had hot water working again. No mess, very clean.Very professional, skilled person. I would use him in the future for his services.
