Absolutely deserve the 5 Stars! I was in a bit of an emergency: Living out of town, with only one car, and that car being the sole provider of our family's sole way of working, we had a leak in the tire, on the side wall. Looking around, I could only find somewhere to replace the tire in over 8 days. I called Integra, and not only did he get me in within 2 days but.. he found out that our rim was bent. He called me and told me, I could get it fixed, it would take a day or so, and I had nothing to do, but make it happen. So that means, 3 days or more, being on a Friday, of a rental. Not 5 minutes later, before i could even find a rental place, he called back and told me he had a rim I could borrow until the fix was done. WOW!! Saved me a ton!! THANK YOU INTEGRA!! I will be back!

Courteous staff, and the work is great but It is very slow. It was a two week wait for my appointment. My appointment to have my winter tires put on was at 9am and by 10am they were halfway finished. At 11am they finally finished mounting and balancing. I do get that it's the busy season, but I didn't get any updates until I pestered the owner. There were many great reviews so I had higher hopes.

Brought my truck in to have the tires resealed and balanced. The price was competitive, the mechanic took his time and didn't rush, Dave was friendly and didn't mind me entering the bay to inspect, and the four new valve stems I requested after the work started were only $8 extra.I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Used to take my vehicle there all the time when the old man (Dave Stewart) still owned it. Made the mistake of going there last year to get my cooling hose fixed as it was leaking and like many of the other reviewers, I was slapped with a bill that was double the estimate" without being informed. Like what am I going to do

Came here to changed my winter tire that was way too old to still be used on the road. Although It still has about 50% tread left.Dave was not pushy at all and has a welcoming vibe! The workshop is quite small, there was coffee for you while waiting. The quote he gave me was in line with competitors. However, he seems not to know a lot of the tire and wheels. If tire has passed its expiry date (usually after between 5 - 8 years) the compound has harden and the chemicals has dried out. Thankful enough I have done some researched and went to other tire shop before hand to get more insight. Even when I ask him about what do you recommended between the popular winter tires on sale right nowI along with some of its highlights"

Literally the biggest rip off of my life. Added a bunch of charges to my bill for things I didn’t ask for, I can change my own brake lights thanks. Didn’t consult me before doing the work, no estimate given, just slapped with a $500 bill. Not even 3 weeks later, my car is now at Canadian Tire, where they’re fixing everything this shop claimed to fix. You charged me $500 and didn’t even FIX THE PROBLEM. How embarrassing.

I have been dealing with this location for some time now and they have always serviced me and my families cars with great care.I just had an appointment to change over to my winter tires at 8:00 am and the car was in the shop on time, service done immediately and I was back on the road in no time. Now this was a fairly simple appointment but the quality and professional expertise is always the same. Great job...Ron

Several years back I had some work done here. Had my car towed there and the clutch/master cylinder needed replacing. Originally they quoted me a very reasonable price then contacted me again to inform me that they would need to do more work and gave me an increased quote. Reluctantly, I agreed to the additional work as it all sounded reasonable and they assured me it was necessary. Of course the next day I get slapped with a bill that was roughly $1000 more than the second, more expensive quote. This was prior to the legislation that made it illegal to charge substantially more than the quote without consulting with the customer. Had to pay in full, no excuses for their actions. Joke of a place. Don’t take your car there.

Just bought a set of 4 tires today from here and I will not be going here ever again. I was told the price of the tire each were 195 before taxes and I’m just picking them up not having them installed or anything, all together with taxes this guy charges me $985 and change… so I go back and add up everything and I literally couldn’t make sense of how It came up to so much so I go and confront the guy at the desk and he immediately says I can’t refund you back onto your card it’ll have to be cash which also doesn’t add up cause I paid with debit. And he would not give me a new receipt or anything just said he owes me $90 then hands me $95 and says alright you can leave as he was very annoyed as if he just got caught. Definitely will never recommend this place to anyone ever.

I’m new to Winnipeg and my van needed the the $125 Manitoba safety inspection. It had passed a recent inspection so I wasn’t worried about it. When I came to pick it up he handed me a $580 bill for work he decided to do without consulting me. Work that I could have done myself and I certainly should have been informed about before they billed me for 3 hours to change lightbulbs and defrost the washer.I’m absolutely livid. Had to cancel plans for over a week to pay this, including No birthday gift for my son. Now working an extra 30 hours this month to pay off my credit card.He did knock off $80, but should never have completed billable work without informing me. Will be reporting them to the Manitoba Inspection branch because there is no way they should be allowed to operate a business like this.
