Wrong order and very long delay to get a return label. And doesnt have the right item i ordered at first. And the UPS return label doesnt take in charge pickup service, now i have to move to a deposit center wich is pretty far from where i live or from work. worst service ever.

Avoid this place at all costs. I was in a rush to get a new drawing tablet for my art classes since my old one broke. I hadn’t realized I was ordering off the Amazon Marketplace instead of from Amazon themselves. And so there the journey began.I tried cancelling my order IMMEDIATELY after and they only replied after they had shipped it out and then said it was my fault for not cancelling sooner. (?????)Now it has been over a week since the expected arrival date and I am sure I got scammed. Will be reporting to the BBB as well as Amazon and I encourage you to do the same.THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! Please do not order from here, also the price was outrageous.

This company is a scam. Beaware buyers. They sell on amazon and when you return an item back they dont give you full refund.its been over a month since we are trying to get our money back. Stay away from this place

Purchased a 3060 Graphics Card from this company through Amazon and then the next day I cancelled. I've been waiting for a refund for the last 16 days. They assured me 3-5 business days like normal, after the 5 business days I inquired about the refund again and they referred me to Amazon. Amazon suggested waiting for the 3-5 business days again and that they would look into it. I just found out that due to it being a 3rd party seller through Amazon, that it was ONE DEAL OUTLET's responsibility to refund my card. This place has been a joke to deal with!

AMAZON 3RD PARTY SELLERTerrible seller. Item was defective out of the box, and I notified them immediately. I worked with the seller to troubleshoot and provide pictures and video etc. As soon as 30 days was up, they told me to contact the vendor and that they would not accept a return. I shouldn't have purchased outside of Amazon. Lesson Learned - Don't fall for their seemingly good prices. SCAM

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They sold me a new (but actually used) Xbox elite series 2 controller (left stick is defective) which the manufacturer warranty was already expired 1 month prior to my purchase. Now nothing can be done about this and I am 300$ in the hole. It’s funny how they post fake 5 star reviews to try to combat the true 1 star reviews that are posted here. Scam company, do not do business with them.

This was absolute the worst experience with that company, I have ordered 5 day ago CPU via Best buy website. They said it was shipped 3 days ago, but the UPS tracker would say that they only created label for the product. The status stayed idle for 3 days, without any update. I have tried to reach them via customer support, but it takes them day to reply without the possible solution, for a simple request. If you try to contact, with the phone that they provided, no one would answer. Please be careful when using best buy. Because as a seller they have one of the highest rating. Here on Google reviews, the rating match with the service.

I bought an item through Amazon and realized it was not the right part for the computer we were building. We returned it intending to buy another one. I was refunded over $300 less than what I had originally paid! They refused to give me the money back saying it was a “restocking fee”. The item was unopened in the box. Amazon contacted them and told them to refund me and they are still refusing. I am going to try to talk to Amazon again but STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! They are crooks.

Before buying from One Deal Outlet Canada be sure to read all the bad reviews first.DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE and give them any money!1] They scammed me with a hidden shipping fee of $10 on a small $20 item through BestBuyMarketplace.2] added an illegal and fake Environmental Handling Fee on a non-electronic item.3] AND then charged tax on top of these extra fees, taking an extra $13 off my Credit Card.4] Didn't email a receipt to me as is BB Marketplace policy in an attempt to hide the extra fees - only discovered it when checking Credit Card statements.5] They falsely told B.Buy that I chose Expedited Shipping - a service which doesn't even exist!Lesson learned, will avoid One Deal Outlet Canada on BB Marketplace, Amazon, Facebook and all the other sites they scam people on!

I be bought on Amazon a 300$ item. I received a tracking number with ups but after one week, i checked with ups. They said that the item was still at the shop. I called onedeal and the number wasn't even activated. I also communicated via Amazon chat and received automated response. Asked for a refund and they said they need to investigate with ups for a lost package before reimbursement. Total scam. Never buy with them !
