If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely abhorrent customer service from the pharmacist and even worse from the girl on front!I regret even stepping a foot in this poor excuse of a shoppers drug mart RE STAFF to whomever owns this place, they’re tainting your store!

Honestly I don't want to go to this store anymore. Every time I go in to buy makeup, the sales attendant who works makeup (long blond hair, older) always has me followed and not discreetly. I've never had this problem anywhere else, and it's only with her. I understand makeup is a department that has a lot of theft, and employees have a lot of pressure put on them to prevent theft. But I would appreciate some discretion. It feels like I am being harassed out of the store.

Makaila is extremely rude. We had a TERRIBLE experience today at this location. We were done choosing our purchases and no one was at the cashier counter. My mom had tapped the bell at the counter a couple times since nobody came the first few rings, and the associate came to the counter without greeting us, and told my mom in a very RUDE tone, you don't need to ring it more than once it takes me a second to walk over". Considering she's a supervisor this is extremely unprofessional and I'm shocked she has this position. I work in customer service and this is NOT how you treat others especially customers. You never know what someone is going through so just be kind. Treating people with disrespect like this is unacceptable"

Very unsatisfied with their pharmacy services!! Because of their carless mistake I was not able to get the medication on time. Make sure to call them and spell out the medication, so they can hear it probably to see if they place an order for you. Very unprofessional job ! They need to know how important all this medication for ppl.

I tried to return or exchange an unopened product without a receipt (because I could not find it) for store credits. Store manager did not accept. I will bring my business elsewhere from now on. I've probably spent thousands over the years at this location.

I recently visited Shoppers Drug Mart Kendalwood (April 7, 8:45pm) and unfortunately had a very negative experience. While shopping, I overheard a conversation between some employees, including the cashier supervisor Mikaila (sp?), joking about making a suicide pact. I was extremely disturbed by this conversation, and I think it is unacceptable for any workplace conversation, let alone a pharmacy where people may be picking up medications for these reasons.Despite my negative experience, I do believe that this store has the potential to improve. I reported the incident to the pharmacist, and I hope that they take appropriate action to address the behavior of their employees. I would encourage the store to create a culture of respect and professionalism among its staff, as this would make for a much more welcoming and safe environment for all customers.Also, still no reusable bags available to purchase.EDIT - There was also a 1 litre Neilson Choclate Milk in the fridge area that expired MR 17 (March)

I wish I got his name but my kids (well 17 and 20) were there on Oct 24 for vaccines. The gentleman pharmacist taking care of things was amazing. Despite being crazy busy he was friendly. Helped explained things. Was helpful to customers and managed to do all his admin stuff while keeping a smile. Job very well done!

Worst experience ever. If you need to mail something, post office at this location always on lunch. No one is to cover employee breaks. The store manager is not available either.

Bought 2 $50.00 Amazon card and they were credited to someone's account and they would not refund or give me in store cards I returnI am 63 yrs old and still investigating since March 30 22 now we are going may 15th no words no apologiesShirley

Two visits two weeks apart. No bags?? The kid at the cash rang through 300.00 dollars worth of items. Roughly about 30 items. And told me to carry it out as they are out of bags. Is shoppers hurting for cash so bad they can’t supply bags anymore??? I’m in total shock. Last time same issue. Thought okay- it happens you run out of bags - although I can’t imagine how shoppers drug mart could not have bay but okay. Again today. 1 hour wasted time and was unable to take my purchase with me. Beyond unacceptable.
