DO NOT GO HERE TO WATCH THE GAME!!There is NO SOUND on for games. I reserved specifically to watch the Oilers/Calgary battle - Game 3 in their series. I messaged and asked for a good table to watch the game and they promised a good one. Cool! Asked to come early to catch the beginning of the game (time wasn't announced until after I reserved). No problem! Great!They knew I was coming for the game. So disappointing to not have sound even though we heard at least 4 other tables ask. So instead of staying for the game, we ate quick and got out of there fast.This is a tough one... Great food, great service, pretty good atmosphere, good drinks. Management not capable of turning sound on or just didn't care to. Yikes!

What appeared to be an unassuming basement pub turned out to be quite a gem. Delicious high-end pub food with friendly and helpful staff who even turned the channel on the TVs to the Oilers game for us. Definitely will be back again.

This place was a hidden gem. What a great meal! We loved the excellent cocktail menu and selection. I tried a couple and my husband stuck to the local beers. We really enjoyed it here, the service was great and I loved the cocktail suggestion from the server. Next time we are in Jasper we will 100% be back.

We came to Downstream with empty stomachs thinking it was some ordinary place down the road. Not knowing that the staff were so nice and friendly. We least expected the food to taste like heaven. We decided to meet the chef and tell him how good the food was first hand. There were many vegetarian options which was accommodating because it’s hard to find places with such variety. Our favorite plates were the DAN ARN burger and the Roasted Brassica Steak, both dishes were a 10/10. We even order the Shirley temple and Eddie’s menthol mock tails and we’re amazed with the flavor of the drinks. Overall, we give Downstream a 5 star rating because of the food, drinks, and service.

Manager and all the staff were fantastic. Was a bit slower when we went in, fella sat and had a real nice chat with us, gave us some suggestions on where to go while we were in town. Really glad we ended up there.

The food was out of the world everything was amazing! we thought in was a normal place we were wrong this was not expecting this. There is not that many options for vegetarians but they’re all good. My favorite food was the Dan arn burger it was the best thing in my opinion. This was one of the best places I’ve ever ate at the drinks were also awesome I would recommend coming here. This is why it’s a 5 star place.

The atmosphere at the lounge was great, food and service were awesome !!! We loved all of the dishes we ordered. The experience there was way beyond our expectations.Must try: duck wings, miso steak bites, elk steak, brownie.We would love to come back here anytime we visit Jasper.

Rissoto balls were the favorite of our Jasper trip. Chicken sandwich and fries were elevated by the Aioli. Pickerel was delicious, but you don’t need appetizers with its size. Goat cheese poutine was unique and great. Tom was an awesome server. Enjoyed the decor and ambiance. Cocktails were the only thing lacking.Note: Sorry for blurry pics but figured they are better than nothing!
