Very nice fitness centre offering specialized group fitness programs, aquatic programs including aqua fitness, swim lessons, lifeguard training and day camps.

Very nice place to go swimming and exercise or just relax. I've been going here swimming ever since I moved to williamstown (12 years ago) The staff is nice and honest and the programs they offer are great. Maybe they need to add something in the pool because it's a little bit plain. Besides that it's great.
