They were kind, informative, and patient in answering all of my questions. An excellent patient experience from start to finish! The staff have been great to deal with when booking and rescheduling my appointments. I greatly appreciated that at every step in my appointment, each staff member introduced themselves and clearly explained what they would be doing and also explained each step as it was being done. It's clear that the whole team at this practice communicate with one another as the process for the patient was seamless! All work was thoroughly and carefully completed and the staff took the time to explain and answer all my questions.

The receptionist awful. For those of you,who wants to use the dental benefit is not recommended I was 6 months in their waiting list for appointment with ache,after first visit I need another visit and they said first available after tow months.when I asked for earlier one she told me if you spent money from your pocket it is available right away.really I am sorry for them.and I am sorry for my self with this kind of dental benefits because I should go some specific places that they choose like the Markham dental.they charge me 900 $ just for X-ray and cleaning ,didn’t do anything for my cavities and pain.if you want to use your dental benefits plz don’t go there they empty your benefits just for x-ray and cleaning and waste your time.

Dr Yoon and his whole team has been a pleasant to work with. They always make my daughter and I very comfortable ! Highly recommend. They are now our general dentistry and we couldn’t be happier.

I had an appointment with this clinic for my 3-year old son. When I took efforts to drag my son there on a chilly early Saturday morning I was told my appointment was cancelled! They said they emailed me to confirm and they got no reply. It was interesting because no one told me that I need to confirm the appointment when I first called. I checked my junk email box and found no such an email! They didn't call you either! And they just cancelled it! It was just such an incredible experience!

What a clean, organized and professional office! I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Rubinoff and as someone who's always been afraid of the dentist, the wonderful team here definitely changed my perspective. I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Keep up the great work (:

I felt I was well informed in making my decisions and learning about best ways to maintain a lasting dental health. I am a loyal customer with Claudia's clinic. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I got my molar done with some major dental surgery and I am very pleased with the results. Highly recommend.
