Recently I had my 2011 103 Road Glide motor beefed up. I did my own research and consulted with Bob who was very knowledgeable and helpful with coming to a final decision. The outcome resulted in a performance cam set with other necessary motor updates, V&H power exhaust and mufflers etc.Bob, at the parts desk, did not hesitate to go out of his way to accommodate, share information and ensure that my needs and wants all came to fruition.,I highly recommend Eagle Eye Cycles. Great service and customer response.I took my bike in to have work done on the engine as well as a brake job. Bob took the time to go over what was needed as well as what is just nice to have. He also recommended work, that if I was going to do, to do at the time so as to save money in the long run.They aren’t just out to sell you everything they can for as much as they can.Would highly recommend.

Had my 2014 Ultra Limited picked up for Bob and his team to work on. New fuel lines and filter, fuel leak, new tires and stems installed, and a few other things. They did a great job, even offered me old parts back, how many shops show you the old parts and offer them up to you? They even looked after some small things that I didn't expect. The final bill was VERY reasonable, they are the only shop that will touch my Harley in the future!Thanks Bob and your team, I really appreciated this!

I just want to take a second to express my sincere gratitude to Bob and all the staff at Eagle Eye Custom Cycles. Back in early April or the beginning of riding season I was hung out to dry by our local Harley Davidson dealer, this left me scrambling to find a shop to help with a couple major repairs on my bike. Without batting an eye Bob welcomed me to Eagle Eye and listened to the problems I have had with repairs carried out at my selling Harley Davidson dealer, this conversation gave me the confidence to bring the bike in to Eagle Eye. This was the best decision I have made as a bike owner, the service and support I have received is second to none. Bob and Bob at Eagle Eye were excellent to work with overall. I had a full exhaust system upgrade installed on my 2021 Road Glide. They were highly knowledgeable and provided top notch service responding to questions in a timely manner and meeting any commitments they made to me throughout the process.
