Big Bend Cafe
Ordered the veggie omelette, Bri avocado sandwich and the smoked salmon eggs beni. They were fantastic, the omelette was totally different then anything we've had before. Place was clean with a retro/outdoorsy feel, service was good and fairly quick. Pricing was average, pretty much at par with other similar places but the most important aspect of the whole experience was the coffee, it was fantastic enough to drink black and still be excellent, unlike other places where coffee must be diluted with other items to give it a better taste.

One of the better hot sauce I’ve ever seen in a Canadian restaurant. Made me proud to be a Texan in Revelstoke ;-) Terrific coffee and carefully made comfort food. Breakfast sandwiches were delicious. I’m going back next trip to try the whole breakfast menu. Then I’ll start over on the lunch menu.

Small town old-time restaurant feel. Breakfast was incredible. I had the French toast. My wife and I shared the pan fries, and they were the best I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

Slow service, waitress had a hard time pretending she liked her job. Charged both of our kids for a full “chicken fingers” and I missed it until after we paid. They didn’t give us our money back.It’s a tourist trap…. beware!!

Excellent breakfast with decent coffee and a shelf of various hot sauces if you feel like spicing your breakfast up. My partner and I stopped here while passing through for breakfast. I ordered the lumberjack with pancakes and my partner ordered the chorizo breakfast bowl. The lumber jack is a hefty breakfast definitely bring your appetite for this one, I especially appreciated the option for pan cakes or French toast, if I'm not mistaken the bacon was locally sourced, as for my partners dish the chorizo breakfast bowl, it was nicely put together and the heat from the sausage worked well with the eggs and melted cheese. I definitely recommend coming here for breakfast, also I enjoyed how the restaurant was decorated with old photos of the area and pictures supplied from local museums, it was a nice touch

Before heading back to Edmonton from a fantastic Canada Day weekend we needed to fill out personal tanks. Wow did Big Bend Cafe deliver. Our table ordered an eggs Benny dish, french toast, frittata and two simple big breakfasts. To a T they were all amazing. Commonly not done anymore, BBC delivered a full carafe of hot coffee to our table. In house made sausage, fresh ham and eggs, veggie frittata were stunningly delicious. I apologize for not including any photos but everything was hoovered down with gusto. Thanks Big Bend we will be back.

We « waited to be seated » as the sign clearly indicated meanwhile the hostess sat another party that came in after us, brought them water before even acknowledging our presence. We were bluntly ignored by all the staff. So we walked away. Horrible experience.

Amazing breakfast for a good price! Very filling pancakes and french toast. Plus the staff is incredibly kind! Also can't forget that they serve you an entire pot of coffee!!Beautiful atmosphere & experience

i have eaten here a few times - a fantastic place for breakfast, brunch or lunch…. portion sizes are great and prices reasonable- food is excellent - i believe most is made from scratch…. family ran - and they have a place in Golden as well… this time around I had the green chili huevos and it was delicious and filling
