This is a highly professional group of guys who left my property in pristine condition. They stayed and finished even after I told them to go because it was such a long, hot day for them. I was happy to finish the clean up work but they insisted on staying and didn’t leave until everything was cleaned up! I would definitely recommend them and I will most definitely use them again!

Carl and the team were great to work with! They did an excellent job cleaning the gutters inside and out and tidied up the area afterwards leaving no mess. Carl was always super responsive when communicating the quote and appointment times. The gentleman who came to do the work was very professional, thorough and hard working. I have many windows and some are very large. Carl, of Crown Property Services, did a great job. It was difficult because it’s an older building with condensation in some windows. He even replaced the window bird reflectors for me. Thanks Carl!

Carl (owner) and his team arrived early and did a great job. The crew was great. After completing the job, all gutter debris that fell around our house and the neighbour's yard was cleaned up. The windows look great! It was a big job and they were efficient, responsive and definitely professional.

Really happy with their work. I'm getting my house painted this summer, so I wanted everything clean for the painting crew. I had Crown Property Services clear the moss from my shingles, then they treated it with an eco friendly solution. It looks like a new roof now. Also they cleaned everything, inside and outside of the gutters, and all of the vinyl siding, gables and fascia. It looked great when they were finished, and honestly over the next few days, it even looked better. I think the sun we have had might be working with the cleaning agent. Either way it was a terrific job.
