We were first time home buyers and new to the neighbourhood in which we were looking for property. Shiva educated us about the neighbourhood , showed us selected houses which meets our requirements. He is one of the shrewdest as well as smartest negotiators in the market, so be assured he’ll aggressively negotiate to get you the best price.He is also a bit unorthodox in his approach in sense that he might advise against a property purely based on any (negative) vibes.
