We bought our house in 2020. Anders is very professional and knowlegable. We took our time to make our decision and we never felt rushed. Anders is very responsive he answered all our questions. He and his family are a great team. We met in sept 2019 and since then We have received very valuable information of the market, landscaping, maintenance etc...our home was built by Ventura Homes and as Anders had his own experience building his home his input was always very valuable. I highly recommend him.

Anders is very extraordinary. He has tended to everything that I asked of him with extreme detail and very prompt, as well. Well dressed, presentable and very knowledgeable of what he is doing - as it runs in the family. He goes the extra mile when he deals with his clients/customers, an example of this is he sold me my house couple of years ago and even if I have any questions now he would still be accommodating. Overall very happy with my first time home buying experience and would continue to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new/used house.

I worked with Anders on building my first home and it was a fantastic experience. Anders answered all my questions, and if he didn't know, he found out. What surprised me the most was how he never pushed any upgrades, if I wanted something he made sure it was exactly what I was after but if I wasn't interested in something he wouldn't mention it. Incredibly budget conscious.He's also very attentive, answering emails quickly and always willing to take a phone call.Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy...
