Since moving my father to Huntsville a few months ago I have had mostly very good experiences getting things set up for him. Taylor has been outstanding in the customer service she has provided in getting my father set up with a scooter rental. Many thanks, it really means a lot!!

I will give Taylor a 5 star for customer service but for the rest of the team that did not follow up on a wheelchair that needed adjusting. Never came, promised the moon but delivered nothing. I have a wheelchair that is a paper weight . Now instead of fixing it they ignore my call. Never dealing with these people again.

Truly customer service at it's finest. These people came to my house on a Sunday - their day off- to install a chair lift for me. They felt bad that I couldn't get to my bedroom anymore, and did what they had to do. Very few people out there like that anymore. Caring for the people ahead of the dollar.

I had no idea what I was looking for and she took the time to explain what each product was needed for, how it works, and the benefits to using it. I rented a scooter for my dad while he was visiting from out of town. Really great customer service from the scheduler and the delivery representative - they were able to accommodate our busy schedule to drop off and pick up the scooter. Will be using them again for future dad visits!
