The woman who seems to be the only person who works here is the rudest, most unprofessional miserable human I have ever encountered.

I've lived in a unit for over two years now and overall it has been a decent experience in terms of landlords. Most maintenance requests have been handled within 24-48h and I feel safe in my building, love my building mates, and rent is affordable.Notably when I moved in the apartment had not been given any care after the previous tenant left meaning there were many dents and chips out of the paint and drywall from millimeter ones up to about 6cm across. Often maintenance is done as a quick patch job" as opposed to properly repairing things (eg calking tiles back together instead of fixing grout).There have been a few incidents of maintenance requests taking far longer than they should considering the risk involved (ice left on steps for 4 days and having to advocate strongly for specific maintenance during COVID - the latter might have been a failure of management to understand the risk/benefit and their obligations to avoid non-essential work in units).People consistently smoke at the entrances

Slumlords. Do NOT rent from these criminals.

If I can give one advice. Just don’t…I live in one of their building on Cooper Street for three months. Here are some issues I encountered :- Loud music at 3:00 am coming from the downstair neighbor- Constant smell of weed and cigarette in the building- Cockroaches (although I didn’t saw any in my unit, but they had an exterminator coming in)- Police having to intervene with neighbors- Overheated appartement- Rude staffIt has been my living hell and I lost 2400$ in their hands. I don’t want nobody to go to same experience. Especially, if you’re a woman. You might not feel safe.

Moved during the pandemic and it was super easy thanks to the management website they use and after being here over a year I'm very happy with my place and the amenities around. Love the hardwood floors and antique charm for a decent price too!

Its difficult to describe how some people cannot pick up a phone to inquire about others needs or to discuss pertinent information.I was totally disappointed by the tone of the persons e-mails and furthermore felt like I was wasting her time.I had lived downtown at the Ann Dale building for over 14 years and was an excellent tenant.This lady had she called me would have had a better experience and would have saved herself much grief.I am shocked by the way I was treated and furthermore felt like I was being interrogated rather than having a pleasant confirsation.No personal touch and downright RUDE !VERY DISAPPOINTED !!Good. Luck !

Absolutely awful service. Refused to do work on my unit for months after they had removed part of the roof due to water damage, failed to describe length of construction on my unit (which lasted 3 months after moving in), removed a full window from my bedroom so they could add another unit to the back of the building, etc. Avoid if at all possible.
