I was shopping for a camper everywhere from Pennsylvania to maine and either we got treated badly or no one wanted to help me and I was just going through sites and a rv popped up and for just the chance of it so I gave my information and within 12 hrs I was approved and they bent over an beyond to help me and they treated us like family and they were the nice ppl I met in a long time and they made sure I I would recommend 10x for them and I live in the states if I could store more I would thank you rv of Fredericton

Just want to thank Steve Childs and the Fredericton RV World team for making the purchase of our unit such a great experience. Steve took the time to understand what we really wanted and helped to narrow down 3 great possible options. He found the perfect unit that checked all our boxes. My wife and I are looking forward to making new memories with our 3 children and getting out to enjoy summer. Rented 2 RVs for a winter rental in Feb 2023 for World Pond Hockey Championships. Fredericton RV World was awesome. Easy to work with from start to finish. They even arranged for delivery and pick-up. The quality of the RVs exceeded our expectations (outside LED lighting and speakers, electric fireplace, great lay-out, very clean, extra floor mats). We worked with Jody for all of the reservations and logistics and Randy did the drop-off, set-up, walk-through, and pick-up. Jody and Randy were/are fantastic. I haven’t been to their facility, but Jody, Randy, and their RVs are top notch. Thank you for a great vacation.

We were in the other day to look at some trailers, we are new to camping and felt overwhelmed. Matthew, our salesman, was not only informative, but helped to put us at ease! He didn't rush us, and was genuinely interested in our concerns and opinions. When we do decide to purchase we definitely will be going to matthew at RV World!

If they tell you a time to drop off your RV and when it will be ready to pick up.... add an extra hour or two more.I waited from 9 am until 11:30. If they would have told me it was going to take a few hours to install a window I would have went back to work, because of their error on time I lost 3 hours of work. I could go on for hours about this place since I bought my RV from them last year, but at this moment I will just make my comment about their time frame.

Can’t say enough positive about RV World in Fredericton, New Brunswick (Canada). We arrived there in the early stages of a multi-week road trip with a significant roof issue on our travel trailer and desperate to find a solution. Otherwise, we would have had to turn back for home. Steve Drisdelle and his team got it looked at right away; I had an estimate within 15 minutes and the shop got me in the very next day. I’m sure they had to move work around to get me in but they recognized my situation and simply did what needed to be done. While we waited, they welcomed us (and our dog) to hangout in the showroom. Everyone treated us like friends.As for the work itself, it’s been over two weeks; 2,500 kms of highway driving in wind and rain later. The repair is solid. Proof that a repair done right by professionals is important. And this team was professional in every way.Thanks to RV World.

This was my first RV purchase and I was so impressed with the entire staff - 2 Steve's, Robyn, Jody and Randy were with me every step of the way. This was a big purchase for me and they went over my preowned RV with a fine tooth comb and fixed things I would never have even noticed myself. They took extra care to get me a generator that I could manage myself, delivered the unit to my site, set up and showed me how operate everything. The entire experience was wonderful and RV Worlds customer service is next to none. Thank you for making my retirement dream a reality.
