Working with Simplistics has made relaunching our vast website interesting, educational, fun, and just what we needed. We are now able to update it when we want, and while eagerlylearning to manage it ourselves, are continuing to recommend Simplistics to others.Our readership and content-heavy website had grown exponentially in the 20 years since it was conceived, developed and designed by an IT specialist and a professional journalist, with contributions from a business communications executive, all working simultaneously on multiple jobs and projects. As a result, the site looked fine, but the back-end was extremely complex, and we content creators were ready to manage the site ourselves.Over the past months, Simplistics has refreshed, reorganized and reconfigured the site to unify all elements in a way us non-techies can now manage. We are now fine-tuning the site and able to update it constantly, thanks to manuals and ongoing communication with Sara, our account manager.
