I think Ryan and team deserve 5 stars because they delivered a good product for a very good price, and in a timely fashion. A rental unit that we own experienced a sewage back-up that forced us to replace a good area of carpet. We ended up replacing an entire living area and a bunch of stairs with vinyl plank, along with some linoleum in a laundry room. They started the job within a week of our deposit being paid, and it took less than a week to finish. The place looks great now, I must say.Thanks for the good work, guys. I would definitely work with you again.

I needed a quick solution for replacing the carpet runner on my pie shaped stairway. Ryan had some great remnants in stock that would fit the job and had an installer, who'd had a postponement on another job, come the next day to do the tedious install. Darcy did an outstanding job, he was on time and meticulous from set up to clean up! He had to undercut some baseboards to fit the carpet edge to edge and they are perfect.Went into the store Friday afternoon, Ryan came to my house Monday and by Tuesday the job was complete. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Ryan and United Carpet Olds, and his price couldn't be beat.

We went to Mountain View flooring to get a quote on our living room, sitting room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The Salesman (Ray) said he would get back to us the following day. I had asked questions about the vinyl plank product we really liked and he could not answer them and said he would get back to us the following day. It’s been over a week and we have left messages and no return phone call and no emails. He had mentioned that they had some new homes they were going to start doing right away and that they were busy. So apparently this business only cares about the contractors and does not care about the every day person! Very unimpressed! A business should never be to busy to at least return a phone call! If I ran my business like this, I would be broke!!!

Recently visited United Floors Mountain View trying to match some previous installed carpet in rec room and stairs to basement. Ryan went above and beyond in trying to locate a match to no avail. He was very patient while we pondered next steps and in the end we wound up installing the perfect match to the carpet with Vinyl Plank. It looks beautiful and installer (Finn) did a fantastic job. We are so pleased we in the process of doing our bathrooms now as well. Thank You Ryan and Finn!

Set up an appointment in person to receive a flooring quote, advised someone would attend and call us saturday. We didnt receive a call back. I emailed about a month after requesting a follow-up, without a response. Inquired a third time and received a call back. Friendly, was advised our paper work was mixed in with others and missed which is understandable. Scheduled a time for sunday to receive a flooring quote,however no show and no call for update to advise of cancellation or rescheduling. We will not be proceeding.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my disabled cousin. He hired Mountain View Flooring to replace his flooring three months ago and has already paid him for most of the job. His master bathroom toilet has been sitting in his bedroom for the past three months just as all of of his living room furniture has been sitting in his kitchen for the past three months waiting for them to finish his living room. Who is expected to live like this?! Either come back and finish the job or hire someone who can!Update. Thank you for coming back and finishing up the job for my cousin. I've been able to help him get his house back in order before I had to leave.
