I've been doing Taekwondo for about 5 years, all with Paladin. Everyone is so welcoming and the instructors all work together to create a very warm, fun, and energetic environment. You don't just get taught how to punch and kick, you learn etiquette and things you can actually use in your daily life.

Mr. Mageau has a passion for taekwon-do and is a great people person with the ability to train all ages and genders. The classes are taken seriously and all belt levels are treated with respect, but joking around always happens to lighten the mood. The classes are a good size and the students are friendly. If you're an adult looking to start a martial art, this class is not intimidating and you'll feel very accepted.
