Caleb helped my partner and I find a place in early 2022, he was prompt and honest with us about the different places we were looking at and was patient during some limiting factors presented to him and I felt valued as a customer during our search. My husband and I recently purchased our first apartment with the help of Caleb. We are so happy to have had him lead us in this process because he made something that seemed so complicated and somewhat daunting, move so smoothly. He is very knowledgeable and personable and made us feel so comfortable during this big step in our lives. Any questions we had, he had answers for, and made us feel like we were in very capable hands. We cannot recommend Caleb enough, he was an absolute pleasure to work. We will be looking forward to working with him again on any future buying and selling and would recommend him to anyone!

100% recommend these two. Caleb helped us find our dream home in a market that seemed impossible for young buyers. Not only that, he was attentive to our preferences and quick to respond to messages and inquiries and book showings. He even helped dissuade us from several properties he knew were not in our best interest. The photos and marketing he did for our townhouse were truly exceptional. Even though we ended up signing a private deal for our sale, Caleb was there to assist us through that process as well - from contracts to pricing to legal stuff. Thanks Caleb!
