Samsung recommended them as the only certified service provider in the area. $90 service call. 5 minute inspection. If you have a samsung fridge or compressor isnt working don't bother.Receipt states find someone else to do compressor job"."

In May 2020 Samsung referred me to John's Appliance Service in Kingston, Ontario as an authorized repair company for my Samsung Fridge. They charged me over $1,000 in parts and Labour (1/3 the price a new fridge) to repair the Ice Maker. The repairs did not fix it and John's Appliance Service, says it's Samsung's problem. Samsung won't help. This is unacceptable. All I want is my ice maker fixed properly. At the very least give me back my $1,000. Ridiculous!

John has serviced a couple of my appliances through Samsung extended warranty. Each time was a positive and complete experience. He is old school and knows how to fix things.(He even provided advice on an old Crosley refrigerator.) He is bound by restrictions and guidance from Samsung. class act all the way.

From the time we called until the job was done, less than 48 hours passed and that included the required part for the repair being sent from Toronto. What can I say - super impressed. The whole experienced exceeded my expectations.
