Thank you for the stunning flowers delivered in a timely fashion, making my birthday extra special.

We ordered a large gift hamper for a friend in another city. Delivery was on time and the hamper was even better than the picture on the website!

Burkitts false advertises their bouquets. I ordered $100 bouquet that included roses and tulips and was given a bouquet that looked like they pulled wild flowers out of a ditch and added carnations. I complained and Burkitts Manager told me he was sorry I didn't think it was pretty. Also said that the value amount added up to what would have been in the photo online. Sorry but carnations and filler does not add up to $100 worth of roses and tulips! Terrible customer service.

Atrocious customer service. Please save yourself stress and hassle dealing with this company, especially for online orders.I ordered flowers online from them this past Valentine’s Day. The flowers were not even delivered the day after they were scheduled. I did not receive any updates. I had to call the company to find out why the flowers weren’t delivered. The agent said the flowers were damaged and refused to give a refund, only store credit.It took 3 emails to get them to follow up with giving me the store credit, which doesn’t even include the tax or delivery fee that I was charged, which is around $40 I lost out on because their company failed to deliver flowers 2 days after the scheduled delivery date. The store credit is also limited in a number of other ways including not being usable for weekend deliveries. Finally, the method they described how to utilize the credit doesn’t even work.I would strongly recommend against purchasing flowers from this business online.

Incredibly disappointed with quality and lack of customer service from Burkitt's late November. My sister and I wanted to send our sister a beautiful bouquet of flowers for her 30th birthday. We selected an attractive bouquet from the website (realizing we wouldn't receive the same bouquet and allowed for flower shortages due to covid, etc.). What she received for our $70 was EMBARRASSING. See the photos for yourself. We were expecting the same “value” of flowers that was reflected in the Citrus Kiss bouquet on your website. In the photo it shows at least 8 roses, among other stems. The delivered bouquet had 8 stems of flowers in total.Would you send your sister this bouquet on her special day? We could have picked something up from a grocery store that was nicer.We've both sent an email to the address provided on the website and Burkitt's has had over a month to reply. I will never trust this business to send flowers to anyone ever again, due to their lack of customer service. Unfortunately, they just don't care.

Always brings a smile to my boyfriend's face when he receives such beautiful flowers. My favourite florist of all the time.
