I got a hatchback from Richard about a year ago now.I got the car with a warranty just to be on the safe side. The vehicle had bad motor mounts and a bad battery possibly a bad ball joint that I had mentioned to him before buying the vehicle. He said he never had a problem with the battery. The first day I have the vehicle overnight the car won’t start. Richard holds up and buy the new battery. On that note my experience was good up to that point.The warranty is useless. The motor mounts were not covered by the warranty cause they were “there” I took them out and each mount was worse than the last. One mount in two pieces, one motor mount in three pieces and the last had the bolt rusted right through it and had the bolt had to be cut out. The ball joint was also “there” ended up needing replaced along with the tie rod end. Now a year later the transmission needs replaced.Hands down the worst car I have ever got. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM “NEXT CAR AUTO” it’s also associated with Richard.

First of all, one thing I found on google is when I searched for Auto Planet London, I always saw Dev Renwick car sales. Because Auto Planet and Dev Renwick car sales have same address, they share the place. So, at Auto Planet you will see Richard who is very helpful and respectful. I am new in Canada and I bought my first car from here. So If you are looking for someone trustworthy then go to Richard at Auto Planet

This place has good collection of vehicles . Richard is best guy at dealing . Must visit this place for reliable and clean vehicles , our experience is very good so far . Don’t get confuse when visiting here, auto planet is on left side of the lot .
