Food quality has gone down and prices have gone up. Spinach was rotten today and this happened recently to my wife as well. Eat fresh doesn't really apply here anymore

Always tidy and delicious sandwiches and a very friendly staff. It's also in the perfect spot off highway 7 to dip in and grab a bite on your way through.

Tables could use a cleaning. Plugs at every table for charging. Lots of space for wheelchairs at tables. Nice, bright restaurant.

Hot subs were cold at delivery...didn't put on the requested onions. Asked to be double toasted...subs were soggy. Pepper was so thick on the tomatoes I had to remove them. Very disappointing considering the price you pay...my daughter sent in a complaint.... all they offered was to send a side of onions. Subway said they did double toast it...no they did not. I do not recommend ordering through valley eats...spent a lot of money for cold soggy subs. Subway and Valley Eats did not offer any real resolution.Follow up...Subway did reimburse the cost of the subs...Valley Eats did NOT reimburse their fees. Thank you subway.

Portions of cheap veggies are extremely stingy. I literally got 7 small leaves of spinach and 3 slices of tomato.Staff are curt, unfriendly, and expect a tip and are cold if you don't. Listen up management - start paying your staff better and stop passing the buck to your customers to top up their wages. Will not be eating here for work events or personal again.

We ordered two party platters and a tray of cookies for a family gathering. Everything was ready at the requested pickup time and the staff were friendly and helpful. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious as were the cookies.
