Our family has been using Brookswood tax services for over 25 years and couldn’t imagine using anyone else. They are extremely efficient, prices are great and most importantly they know what they’re doing. I would stongly recommend them.I applaud and support the owners responses to previous negative comments. Keep doing the amazing work you do.From many happy clients!

I had a very poor experience with this company. First, the woman working at front desk was probably the rudest lady I have encountered. I felt like an inconvenience just by being in her presence. I filed my tax return 2 years ago, after failing to provide an important piece of documentation I have not received my tax return and ended up owing a large amount. I knew this was a mistake and called the CRA. They explained to me all the errors that were made when reviewing my tax return and assured me this could have easily been avoided. It was a headache to deal with this as I had to call multiple times and be on hold for hours, it took months for me to get this resolved. During this time, I would call Brookswood Tax Services to explain what happened and address my concerns that my tax return was not filed properly. I was absolutely shocked to find out that there were no intentions of helping me resolve this. I was told that I’m removed from their client list and that “they have hundreds of happy customers”. I have no respect for companies that cannot take criticism. Not once did I receive an apology or a solution to resolve this. Last year I filed my tax return with HR Block and had absolutely no problems.This was my experience and I hope it helps someone out there before deciding to work with this company.

Called 3 times and actually went to their location when it says they are open for business, but no one was there. Went somewhere else instead. Also, the owners reply to the previous review is hilarious, they clearly don't know how to respond to criticism.

I have called several times and left messages and never once have the answered or called me back. According to the owners response of a previous review they have all the business they need". I'm sure that won't always be the case."

Good prices and pretty fast turnaround. Receptionist is totally unfriendly, so much so that I won't be going back. I'd recommend them though if you don't mind the surely attitude at the front desk. If it was my business she'd be fired.

An excellent company providing fast efficient and accurate services at an affordable price.I have used this company for a number of years and highly recommend them to others.
