Here for my G TestStaff inside the store were nice and friendly, not too long a wait and good service.I had heard stories about 1 G Test Instructor being...difficult for people. It seems I was one of the few who had her as well.The attitude on display was so off putting and disrespectful, it honestly felt like she wanted me to fail the test. She'll be the kind of person who sees this review and doesn't look in towards herself. I hope for most new testers out there that they either get another instructor or the woman can change for the better.I'll continue to work on my driving, hopefully she can work on having a better attitude.

Lady Manager inside is nice. Older white ladies that do the testing are biased and racist. I feel for anyone of colour trying to get their license. It seems price gouging people of colour is a priority. The 2 of the 3 who test are judgmental liars. I would recommend driving to any other city to complete your tests. You will be disrespected and ripped off at this location. If you want to be abused by middle aged middle class ladies on a power trip this is the place to go!

the lady at the desk is super sweet, gave advice and helped calm me down before my g2 road test. however, i wish that NOBODY has the trainee luke or the rude unpleasant lady with really bad hair. when they came out to start the test she made me extremely uncomfortable and the trainee had marked me for stuff that was false and ridiculous. i wish him upon absolutely nobody, he was awful.

The lady I drove with made me incredibly uncomfortable from the beginning and they REALLY want you to be perfect. It’s very intimidating driving with these random grumpy women. Someone needs to pay them more or something because they are MISERABLE. Also, make sure you actually know the roads you’re driving on because I have never seen these intersections anywhere else in my life lmao. I could tell she didn’t want me to pass, too bad lady I guess you’ll see me in 10 days. Overall, worst driving test experience and would go somewhere else if I could.

The staff inside were pleasant and helpful. My first G test attempt was evaluated by someone who was... unpleasant. She was very rude, didn't seem to want to be there, and was trying to trip me up. She seemed to be looking for a reason to fail me. She also told me my phone had to be turned off when their instructions say silence or turn off. I found this to be dangerous since my car will call emergency services with my phone in the event of a collision. During the test she told me to speed up on the highway when I was behind a transport. If I had gotten any closer I would have endangered us. My second G attempt was with someone who was kind and friendly yet professional. She warned me well in advance of any maneuvers and made sure I knew I was going to be going a school zone. She was setting me up for success the best that she could and I passed. She also had a colleague who came with us to evaluate her. They were also absolutely lovely. If you get evaluated here, hope that you don't get the frst person!

Cindy was awesome. She took the time and the patience to figure out the dogs breakfast that southern ontario had served my husband. After 2 years of jumping hoops for southern ontario, we were still no further ahead. Cindy dug into our file and got answers for us. They still want us to jump through hoops, but atleast there is someone here in the Soo that will help. Thankyou Cindy for all your help.

I am so glad to mention here that I did my G2 road test yesterday and passed. I failed first time at Wawa, and I decided to do the test in Sault Ste. Marie for the second time. I was able to do my test successfully because of the examiner's clear instructions from the beginning as well as kind and positive tone of her voice; it helped me a lot and increased my confidence. As a foreigner, it is bit challenging with unfamiliar roads, snow, and communication. Your valuable service is highly appreciated.

Quite an unpleasant experience today doing my G. Felt judged and uncomfortable the whole time. My evaluator made comments that were uncalled for and unprofessional. Not happy at all and a waste of money, wish they were not so harsh to young drivers.

Great experience got my G2 first try!!! I would recommend anybody wanting to upgrade there license to just give it a shot, your failing either way if you never put yourself out there and try. Good luck!

It was an excellent service. The examiners are professional and objective. They try to make you as comfortable as they can. Pro tip is to ask away any questions before the exams begin. Road related question can be answered too. The people at the desk are amazing too...they give you explanation on any kind of errors you do and answer any questions you may have. It's a pleasure.
