Little biased on this one as I work there.

Terrible quality. I’ve lived in my home less than a year and have had many issues. Recently, I went to update a faucet in my powder room. In order to do this we needed to remove the pedestal base of the sink. The actual sink should be attached safely to the wall and studs with two wing bolts. However, Mattamy installed mine with only one into drywall. This meant that when we removed the pedestal to access the plumbing, the entire sink fell off the wall and hit my dad in the head. Extremely dangerous, and we are lucky that no one was injured. Mattamy customer service has been nothing but useless, and instead of acknowledging that their poor installation created this issue, they blame us.If you live in one of these homes, I’d advise you check your sinks, especially if you have young children would could pull the sink down and injure themselves.

So many issues, SO MANY. The quality is very low.

This is constant with mattamy, you'll say they're a great company if you don't know what you're looking for. This is a very severe hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen.Poured concrete footings on ANY weight bearing posts are required to have a form of anchor for the post and should be a minimum of 12” wider than the posts (4x4 post – 12” min. width, 6x6 post – 14” min.)Lets calculate this for you, a 4x4 should have 8.5 inches all round.A 6x6, 8.5 inches all round. Certainly don’t see 8-9 inches around the entire post, do you? Enjoy the fall from the balcony, hope you have a good lawyer.This is what quality inspecting shows you as a buyer, give me a call before a accident happens!

Nice and cooperative sales staff. Prices are matching with other construction companies. Few months ago their sales prices are moderate but in these few months they enhanced prices of their homes but still bearable as they build good homes for you.

Save yourself some peace of mind and go with another construction company. Worst after-sale service I have received in my life! Their goal is build as fast as they can, botch everything and move on to the next house!
