这是我目前看到的最全的一家老年产品店，前一段时间我给我爷爷找一款轮椅，居然开到工业区里面的一家商店去了，还没买到要的那款。今天看到沃尔玛里面新开的这家老年商店感觉太好了，产品很齐全，有各种款式的轮椅，还有卫生间安全的设施用品，个人护理用品等，店员服务态度超级好，他们居然还提供老年装修改造，赞一个。

Found the staff very friendly and helpful. Before I made my purchase they made sure everything was in perfect working condition and all parts were tight. Very impressed as I can also take if I have any problems. Highly recommend this place.

Horrible horrible horrible people. It is Dec 22, 2022, I am trying to find a bed railing for my 90+ years old grandfather for his x'mas present. First of all, their associates do not know how to speak English and provides conflicting information. First she said no refund, then she says yes within 5 days. Second of all, being it Christmas time, I have not seen a strict return policy like this store. What if I was bringing this to Vancouver Island and will not come back until a week? There is no flexibility. Also, when I asked the lady if they were open during Christmas, she wasn't sure herself. I highly recommend going somewhere else, especially when these items are so special and you want to ensure that you get the correct product without having to worry about returns.
