Toronto Premium Vacation Rentals

Traveling with a 6 months old is not an easy thing to do !! We were so lucky we got a chance to book this place, the hosts and the appartement have made our stay so much easier and pleasant.The kitchen is fully equipped to cook, there is a high chair, and a park and play ! We did' t have to travel heavy. The bed is super comfortable, the place is very clean and also has a gorgeous backyard. Nothing was missing from what is advertised we had everything we needed. Also, the location is perfect ! Two minutes to a beautiful park and the nicest Toronto street with all the stores and restaurants!Will definitely be back !!

My wife, 20-month-old son and I had a great stay here. We were in Toronto to visit family and do some exploration of parts that we hadn't been to before (Trinity Bellwoods included) and it was a lovely, homely place to stay whilst we did so. The availability of off-road parking was also excellent as we had a hire car and it made life a lot easier. The apartment was perfect for us, and our son was well catered for with a high chair and pack and play supplied.

My stay has been great and I highly recommand this apartment. Clean, organized, well finished and the best is also the fact that John always try to accommodate you for the best solution. I stayed 6 months and i have rented many places in my life, this one come definitely on my top 3.

Of all the homes we have rented over the years, this was undoubtedly the best. Location is primary in Toronto where there are so many wonderful neighborhoods & sights to explore. The proximity to the park, blocks & blocks of exceptional restaurants & shops, easy access to public transportation made us feel like locals in no time. We were able to walk to Graffiti Alley, Kensington Market, Little Italy, Chinatown or catch a trolley to see a movie at TIFF. When we ventured further afield in our car, we always knew we had the security of a private parking garage at home. The apartment itself is charming & comfortable & offers everything we could have asked for & beyond. (Wanted to take the shower home with us!) The furnishings and appointments & supplies gave us everything we could have needed. Having laundry facilities was a real plus as we were there for a week. The attention to detail in the design & furnishing & the thoughtfulness of the guest book with suggestions of restaurants, coffee spots, neighborhood Farmer's Market made the Crawford Apartment total perfection. Our hosts were delightful & always available to answer a question or offer a suggestion. The yard and back deck was a real bonus! Spent lots of quiet time watching the free show put on by the squirrels & enjoying the perfect spot for a quiet read. Can't wait to return!

Have stayed here 2 years in a row now: both stays were equally spectacular. Wandering downstairs to the bright kitchen and living space in the morning is almost out of a movie: you feel like you're waking up to the day. The bedrooms are super cosy, particularly the bed in the master -- maybe the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in (called the owner to ask about where I could get one!) Super centrally located, a host with all the local contacts you may need for a brilliant vacation, and extremely fair nightly rates (great value). Can't recommend it enough!

We highly recommend this property for any Toronto visitors looking for a great authentic neighborhood experience. First off, the location is conveniently located right in the middle of the Trinity Bellwoods neighborhood, a lively and active community filled with independent restaurants, shops and a lovely park space, there are so many wonderful things to discover here...don't miss morning coffee and pastries at nearby Nadege! : - ) John and Nelson have created an extremely cozy and elegant space for which every small detail has been accounted for. They put together a very thoughtful and helpful best of" guide for quick and easy reference. They were the perfect hosts for our long weekend getaway. Fantastic! Highly recommend! - We really enjoyed our stay at Captain's quarters. John was extremely accommodating to our family, including our toddler. He even provided a pack n play & high chair. The unit was impeccable and perfectly situated for visitors to Toronto. Having garage parking is key in this area as we would not have been able to find street parking. We were able to take a day trip to Niagra falls then use the bus system and walk for other times- it really was perfect. John far exceeded our expectations as a host & we are so happy with our choice to stay here! Thanks John!!
