Team ZOOM is amazing! They are extremely friendly, flexible, thorough and will go out of their way to work around unique custom needs. My dad is in a retirement home & struggles with dementia. They will call me prior to seeing him so I can call & advise him, and provide a heads up. They are caring and communicate superbly. Great people.

Terrible company to work for. Constantb turn over of cleaners as they are constantly premototed and demoted.. Workers have to carry vacums and there is zero customized cleaning. Manger is fake to the point it is unbearably noticable. The dude that ownes the company will not hire men. You are only allowed to use a selected amount of cleaning rags dosnt matter the house.As a clients there are to many new people that cometo your house. Consistency is off workers have no crim check or experience

They always do a great job! They only charge for what they do and they manage to do extras, too! If the house isn’t a disaster when they come, table, chair legs and baseboards are wiped down as well as windows! The ladies are always friendly but professional. When they have a suggestion or something needs fixing, they let me know. Seriously recommend them. In the past I’ve paid more for housecleaning and gotten much less. Call them today!!

I have been using Zoom for the past year following ankle surgery.I tried other cleaning services in my community but none were satisfactory.The Zoom girls come,I don’t have to tell them what to do,they have been here and know already.I go out to lunch with friends and come home to a sparkly clean house with all my “to clean” jobs done!!I highly recommend Zoom for great home cleaning!

While having my home cleaned by this company, I had thousands of dollars worth of jewelry stolen. At first, I noticed a pair of diamond earring, I searched every bag, everywhere, hoping I had misplaced them. Then I noticed a pair of earrings purchased on my honeymoon, a heirloom family diamond ring, a diamond pendant, gold necklaces. To say the company dealt with it poorly would be an understatement. I had used the company for a while and was very disappointed by what happened and can’t ever replace some of these items.
