Our new outdoor sauna is a wonderful complement to our backyard. Nisvet and his team of craftsmen are the most pleasant group of people to work with. They are always professional, meticulous and responsive. There was no cutting corners, they are totally trustworthy and no supervision was required. Both their workmanship, and materials used, are of superior quality. I highly recommend them.

Since the COVID-19 restrictions led to the closure of our community sauna, and we began to spend more time at home, we considered having our own family sauna. In my search for a manufacturer, I came upon Vancouver Sauna. The owner, a craftsman of the traditional school, came to assess the on-site situation, and was able to customise a high quality sauna, for a price that was substantially lower than any of his competitors. The on-site installation was completed promptly, in due course.We are all very pleased with our new sauna, which is made of high quality Western cedar, and reflective of Vancouver Sauna's pride of workmanship.Now, we are able to enjoy sauna sessions at home, at our own leisure.

All around great experience! Professionals. Didn't know how to go about it, Sauna for basement... so googled and found Vancouver Sauna.Nisvet showed with his mostly family team. Kyle , Ajdin, Moe... basically doing everything from floor tiling, framing, benches, heater, controls, electrical.Couldn't be more happy, thank you for putting in that effort!Not cheap but quality work and totally worth it.Recommended.

Vancouver Sauna was awesome. The staff were very professional and experienced. They came over beforehand to discuss the room layout and provided great insight into some of the design details that I'd have to keep in mind, including square footage and electrical implications. I'm impressed (and sweaty)!
