I was able to go straight in and get my papers signed with no wait at all. The officer was kind and helpful. He said I came at a good time (around 10pm). However, he did say that it can get crowded at really odd times of the day- like 2 am. So if I could recommend a time to go, I’d say go around 10 pm- skip traffic and the lines!

Bought a statue for my birthday but the courier service charged an unfair amount. Was advised to self-clear. Put my kid to bed and got here late as it is open 24 hours.Customs officer was incredibly professional, strict, and fair. She took 15 minutes to complete the process. Glad to see Canadian taxes serving Canadians well.

The airport experience is very very nice in the time of corona they have all the things in place and all police officers are very nice and immigration is also very smooth and in less then 1 hour all things are done and for an international student it is like heaven if it takes this time.all the officer are nice at Last the experience is smooth and relaxing not a hassle place like indian airport

I was there on Sunday around 9pm. It was empty and I was able to get my car documents stamped in under 20 mins. The officers were very approachable and helping. However I tried to call the office to see if they were open and it went to voicemail.

FYI this place is accessable by public transit, however this part the route has limited service. You should plan before you go so you get the correct bus. Not all 57 bus routes service this part of the route and there is no way to distinguish that without using a miway schedule. The triplinx app is what worked best for me to get the most accurate up to date information.Was a pretty quick visit and not very busy at all.

I had an issue with a serial number on the trailer that I imported through sarnia Border. I was told I needed to find an inland border office, after several phone calls and a visit to two separate offices not being able to get a Form1 that I needed a visited this office at 9:30 PM on a Saturday night and could not have been happier with the results. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They listened to my issue and found the way to resolve it
