Aquapura Water Treatment Alliston

Ruben and his team did an incredible & convenient job on our water purifying system and our water softener system. We live in Tottenham and recently bought a new home that had less than sufficient systems in place. When i first spoke to Ruben he took the time to explain to me the science behind the water issues in our area, and explained to me what the machines would do to give us clean drinking water. After this, he took the time to re-explain it to my husband so that we were both comfortable and educated about the installations being done. They came, did a very thorough job, we had some laughs and got along with them very well. there has been zero issues with out water since the installation was completed. We plan to continue our working relationship with Aquapura in the future when we need maintenance on our systems.

After I moved into the new Vista Blue Condo in Tottenham I quickly realized that Tottenham’s water is far from being pristine. It tasted bad, it looked bad and after about 10 showers you almost could not see through my glass shower doors.After researching some of the name brand water dealers I came across Aquapura, whom I had never heard of. They had some very extensive information about the water quality on a town by town basis in this area including Tottenham. I had already read the towns reports on the water quality that barely met Canada’s minimum quality standards and what I read on Aquapura web site confirmed these reports and offered up suggestions on how to correct this. After researching what the web site said to do to correct our water quality, I decided to give them a call. I spoke to a man named Ruben who was able to answer all my questions simply and in detail about what should be done. He gave me a couple of options on what to do and what the differences were and let me decide for myself which option I felt most comfortable with. Anyways, long story long. Today Ruben and his son did our installation. They did a nice clean job, on the day and time they said they would do it, with what I especially liked, Canadian built products. Before they left, Ruben made sure to let us know that if we have any questions at all, about anything, to be sure and contact him. These guys are proof that dealing with a smaller local family run business can be a satisfying experience. Thank you guys.

Quite pleased with the friendly and efficient service by the Aquapura team. Soon after our move to Creemore, and the resultant switch to town water, we sought the installation of an RO system to render our water more palatable and healthy. Ruben offered the most innovative technology at the most competitive price around. We now have delicious tasting water that is readily available and fast flowing. The Aquapura team took the time to answer all of our questions and offers customer service by email 7 days/ week. Great service. Highly recommended!

Ruben is awesome! Extremely knowledgeable about water, its treatment and the equipment he offers to clean it. I searched and searched for someone knowledgeable in Peterborough via the plumbing community. No one seemed to understand my requirements until I chanced upon Aquapura.In fact, my plumber snorted that he had installed these units many times. A year later I called Ruben to see if any annual maintenance needed to be done. He guided me through the menus over the phone and discovered that for the past year, I had been on by-pass! No wonder we were smelling the occasional chlorine.I would highly recommend Aquapura to anyone who wants to shower in clean water.

I have used Aquapura now for a number of years to purchase water treatment units for both our home and cottage along with replacement filters, UV bulbs and sleeves as required.No matter the size of the order, their service has always been prompt, dependable and particularly well informed.I have ''wasted'' more than enough of Ruben's time trying to understand my best alternatives and he has always given that time freely and usually with humor.Strongly recommend!

Our water softener needed to be replaced and Aquapura - Ruben and his son helped us choose the right one for our house. They ordered it and installed in a timely manner.
